Having gained rich professional exposure by working with renowned organizations, he joined Inspire Infra in 2018 with a clear objective—to add long-term value and drive sustainable growth. His deep industry insight and forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in strengthening the company’s operational excellence.

Currently, Mr. Kadam is responsible for overseeing overall operations, shaping strategic decisions, and identifying new business opportunities. His leadership continues to play a pivotal role in scaling the organization and preparing it for future expansion.

Mr. Shariq Ansari is a seasoned team leader and execution expert with over 40 years of experience in managing and delivering complex projects across multiple industry verticals.

He co-founded Inspire Projects in 1995, which was later converted into a Private Limited company. His extensive hands-on experience spans projects of all scales, ensuring quality execution, timely delivery, and operational efficiency.

Under his leadership, the organization has successfully executed numerous prestigious projects, earning strong market credibility, client trust, and a solid reputation across the industry.

Mr. Sajid Khan

Mr. Sajid Khan is a seasoned and dynamic entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the service industry and more than 10 years in business development and financial strategy.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing and brings strong leadership capabilities in customer relations, revenue management, and strategic planning.

After gaining valuable experience in India and abroad, he joined Inspire Infra in 2018 as CFO. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and implementing innovative business strategies to support long-term financial stability.

Mr. KK Adeeb is one of the founding members of the organization and comes from a strong marketing background with over 25 years of experience working in India and overseas.

His expertise includes business growth strategies, acquisitions, new market entry, business relationship management, and contract management. His strategic mindset has been a key driver in expanding the company’s footprint.

As Head of Business Development, he oversees all commercial operations and leads a dedicated team focused on creating inspiring, sustainable, and high-performance work environments—fueling the company’s consistent growth.
